IBBETAS Property Group are always assessing potential projects and opportunities and we are regularly offered a variety of development schemes.  Each development scheme is then assessed on it's merits and potential outcomes. Depending on the project and timings a range of different funding options need to be considered. Although currently we are not looking for investors in our current ongoing projects we do have some projects in the pipeline that we would be pleased to discuss investment opportunities that may be of interest to you. Do let us know if you would be interested in these future developments so we can ascertain if we have anything  which maybe suited to you as an investor as we would be able to offer you very competitive market beating rates of return. For example rates of return for investors can be around 10% pa with bank grade first charge security over the property and a very clearly laid out contract written out by the solicitors. So that way you have the peace of mind funds are always as "safe as houses" as they say.
